The Incipient Canton of Basingestoches invites one and all to join us for a Feast on the day known as the Feast of Saint Sylvester, December 31, 2014. The celebration will be 6:00 – 10:00 PM at The Neighborhood House, 1 Kimball Road, Northeast Harbor, Maine 04662.
We shall be offering a sampling of traditional dishes in the setting of our beautiful hall with the warmth and jollity of the holidays. We would like to encourage anyone who has a song to sing, poem to read, or other medieval entertainment, to share between courses or before the food is served. If interested in participating with entertainment, please contact the Event Steward, Thomas de Marr’. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided but please feel free to bring whatever libations you wish to share as this is a wet site. Candles are also permitted to be used on site. For those who might seek lodgings, Ellsworth, ME is 30 min. away with a variety of hotels for affordable prices.
Feast prices are $15 for adults and $6 for Children. We will be charging an extra $5 non member surcharge. Reservations will be accepted until Dec. 15, 2014 or until the Feast is full. A maximum of 75 people is what we can accept so space is limited (We would love to reach that limit!)

There are vegetarian options for all courses though not vegan. Everything will be cooked in the same kitchen so we cannot promise non-gluten items will be strictly gluten-free and there is one dish that contains pine nuts.
